Here are some tips that are guaranteed to make your diet better and healthier.
  • Avoid thinking all or nothing. Fasting is not the best way to lose weight. Eat enough and set the intake of calories wisely.
  • Cut the fruit that you like in small pieces to replace unhealthy snack
